Please join BOMA and the American Subcontractors Association on Thursday, March 18 as we welcome Paul McKee, Chairman and CEO of McEagle Properties, as he walks us through his Vision for the NorthSide.
The NorthSide Regeneration is a project that encompasses 1,500 acres in and to the north of downtown and is projected to bring new jobs, new homes and commercial property. His $8 billion, 23-year proposal claims it will not only revitalize downtrodden neighborhoods, but boost St. Louis' place on the world stage by attracting international trade. Paul McKee is the Chairman and CEO of McEagle, a real estate development firm that he created in 1990 to develop real estate in a unique method of value creation through high quality sites, buildings and amenities. McKee has a long history of entrepreneurialism, creating construction management company Paric, Corp. in 1979 and Environmental Management Corporation (EMC) in 1980. Under McKee’s guidance, McEagle and Paric have provided development assistance for more than 2,000 acres of sites and over 250 facilities since 1990. Throughout his career, McKee has completed projects with more than $2 billion in market value.
