The Member Services Committee sets annual goals for new members and retention percentages, and encourages and facilitates the active involvement of all members in the activities of BOMA St. Louis and BOMA International. The committee strives for strategic growth in membership by improving the regular-to-associate mix to 60/40 within 5 years and seeks potential members from non-traditional sources. The committee also hosts a New Member Reception each year.
