Congratulations to BOMA St. Louis’ most recent BOMA 360 designee - Bank of America Plaza (BOA), owned by Positive Investments, Inc., and managed by Jones Lang LaSalle’s Amy Hanafin, General Manager, and Kassandra Pierre, Assistant General Manager.

BOA Plaza is St. Louis’ fourth property to be awarded the BOMA 360. Earning a BOMA 360 designation offers buildings tangible results, measured through higher tenant retention and satisfaction scores, higher rental rates and documented operations and management savings and efficiencies as reported in designee surveys and by Kingsley Associates and CoStar.

The program benchmarks building performance in six key areas: operations and management; security and safety; training and education; energy; environment and sustainability; and tenant relations. Since the program’s inception in 2009, nearly 1,600 BOMA 360 designations have been awarded.

Applications accepted daily. The designation is conferred quarterly.
