BOMA St. Louis has two primary membership categories - Principal memberships and Associate memberships.  Principal memberships are comprised of office, medical, industrial, retail, and government buildings and the people who manage them. 

Associate memberships are comprised of the companies that service commercial real estate properties. Such companies include anything from general contractors, landscapers, janitorial companies, etc., to real estate attorney's, tax professionals, and architectural firms.

BOMA St. Louis membership run on an annual basis with all memberships expiring on December 31 of the current year.

BOMA St. Louis offers a year-round schedule of services, programs and activities designed to support the professional development of its members, represent their common interests, and provide them with a means of building and maintaining industry relationships.

Members of BOMA St. Louis are automatically members of BOMA International and have International’s entire range of information, representation and educational services available to them.
